Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of linklck ("linklck", "we", "us", or "our") at linklck.com. linklck is owned and operated by Nexuf (nexuf.io). By accessing or using linklck, whether as a seller or a buyer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use linklck.

1. The service

linklck is a micro-paywall platform. Sellers create short links that conceal digital content behind a one-time payment. Buyers pay to unlock and access that content. linklck provides the infrastructure that connects sellers, buyers, and the payment processor, and may store and deliver seller content on its own infrastructure or through third-party hosting and content delivery providers.

"Content" under these Terms includes, without limitation: plain text and notes; URLs and other links (including private or one-time access links); documents in any format (such as PDF, Markdown, plain text, or office formats); images; audio; video; source code, data files, and archives; and any other digital materials a seller submits to the platform, whether by entering text, providing a URL, or uploading a file. The specific content types, file formats, maximum file sizes, total storage limits, and any other technical constraints currently supported are described in the seller-facing documentation and product interface, and may change from time to time without amending these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a seller account.
  • You must be a legal entity or natural person capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not be located in a country subject to applicable trade sanctions or export restrictions.
  • Buyers do not need an account but must also be at least 18 years old.

3. Seller obligations

3.1 Account accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information in your account, including your email address and display name. You must keep your credentials secure. You are liable for all activity under your account.

3.2 Content responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you publish on linklck. By publishing content you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have all necessary rights to sell it.
  • The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • The content accurately matches the title, description, and preview text shown to buyers before purchase.
  • The content will remain accessible and correct for a reasonable period after sale.

3.3 Prohibited content

The following content is strictly prohibited on linklck. Violation results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balance. Because payments are processed by Stripe, content must also comply with Stripe's Restricted Businesses policy.

Digital content restrictions

  • Services of any kind: marketing, design, web development, consulting, coaching, or any offering where the primary deliverable is time or labour rather than a standalone digital file.
  • Private Label Rights (PLR) or Master Resell Rights (MRR) products: content for which you hold a resell licence but not the original intellectual property rights.
  • Access to private groups or communities: invitations or access tokens for Discord servers, Telegram channels, Slack workspaces, or similar platforms fulfilled outside linklck.
  • Physical goods: any product requiring physical fulfilment or shipping.
  • NFT, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-related products: including tokens, wallet access, whitelists, mining guides, staking strategies, or initial coin offering (ICO) materials.
  • Donations or crowdfunding: collecting money where no distinct digital product of equivalent value is delivered.
  • Debt relief and credit services content: guides, templates, or materials relating to debt settlement, debt negotiation, debt consolidation, or credit repair, including any content that promises to improve credit scores or settle debts for less than the amount owed.

Regulated & age-restricted content

  • Adult / sexually explicit content · linklck is not an adult platform. Any sexually explicit material, including AI-generated adult content, is prohibited regardless of legality.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): zero tolerance; immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
  • Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or cannabis: in jurisdictions where sale or promotion is restricted.
  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances: including paraphernalia, instructions for synthesis, or content promoting substances designed to mimic illegal drugs.
  • Weapons and controlled items: guides or links for acquiring illegal firearms, explosives, or regulated weapons.
  • Regulated professional services: legal, financial, mortgage, real-estate, medical, insurance, or other services requiring professional licences.
  • Unsubstantiated health and medical claims: content promoting supplements, nutraceuticals, or remedies that make unsupported medical, therapeutic, or curative claims.
  • Gambling products or services.

Harmful & illegal content

  • Piracy, copyright infringement, and counterfeit goods: selling e-books, software, music, films, courses, or any content you do not own the rights to distribute; or content facilitating the sale of counterfeit or unauthorised brand-name products.
  • Fake or forged documents: fake identification cards, forged certificates, fraudulent credentials, or any content used to misrepresent identity or qualifications.
  • Malware, phishing, and malicious links: links or content designed to harm, deceive, or compromise buyers' devices or accounts. URLs are scanned on submission; suspicious links are blocked automatically.
  • Scams, fraud, and deceptive practices: misrepresenting the content, selling fake credentials, or anything designed to deceive buyers.
  • Multilevel marketing (MLM) and pyramid schemes: content promoting recruitment-based income structures, chain referral programmes, or any scheme where earnings depend primarily on recruiting others rather than on legitimate sales.
  • "Get rich quick" and high-yield investment schemes: content promising unrealistic financial returns, passive income blueprints, or unsolicited investment opportunities with exaggerated testimonials.
  • Fake traffic and engagement services: content, tools, or guides for artificially inflating views, followers, likes, reviews, or any other engagement metric on any platform.
  • Personal data without consent: selling databases of personal information, login credentials, private messages, or any data obtained without the data subjects' consent ("doxxing").
  • Hate speech and harassment: content promoting violence, discrimination, or harassment on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Spam: bulk link creation for the purpose of generating fake traffic or gaming platform metrics.
  • Sanctions violations: content that would violate applicable export controls or trade sanctions laws.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether content violates these rules. Borderline cases will be resolved in favour of platform safety. Prohibited content may be removed without prior notice.

4. Platform fee and payments

4.1 Platform fee

linklck charges a platform fee of 15% on every successful sale. The fee is deducted before your balance is credited. Example: a $10.00 sale credits you $8.50; linklck retains $1.50.

4.2 Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe using a Stripe account owned and operated by Nexuf (nexuf.io). linklck is the seller of record for all transactions. We collect your payment on behalf of the seller and disburse the seller's net proceeds minus our platform fee. Stripe handles secure card processing and payment security on our behalf. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction; linklck is not currently enrolled in an automated tax-collection service and makes no representation that tax collected covers all applicable obligations.

4.3 Payout policy

Payouts are manual for the MVP. To receive your earnings:

  • Request a payout from your dashboard once your available balance is at least $5.00.
  • Our team reviews and approves payout requests within 3–7 business days.
  • Approved payouts are sent via the method specified at the time of your request (e.g. bank transfer, PayPal). We do not support all payment methods in all regions; if your preferred method is unavailable we will contact you.
  • New earnings are subject to a 3-day holding period after the sale. Funds appear as “Pending” during this window and move to your available balance once it elapses. This hold exists to cover the typical chargeback window and may be adjusted by linklck at any time.
  • In addition to the holding period, a portion of each sale (currently 15%) is retained as a rolling reserve for up to 120 days to cover potential chargebacks and refunds, after which it is released to your available balance. The reserve percentage and duration may be adjusted by linklck, including based on your account's dispute history.
  • Balances from disputed, refunded, or potentially fraudulent sales are held until the dispute is resolved.

4.4 Refunds and chargebacks

Because linklck sells digital content that is revealed immediately upon payment, all sales are final by default. linklck reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion, for example, where content is materially mis-described, to prevent chargebacks, or where required by applicable law. Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. Where a refund is issued, the Platform Fee is also reversed and no payout will be made for that transaction.

Sellers may additionally choose to offer their own refund guarantee beyond this baseline. Any such promise is the seller's sole responsibility and must be honoured by the seller. If a buyer files a chargeback, the disputed amount (including any portion already paid out to you) is debited from your seller balance and reserve; if those are insufficient, the shortfall is recorded as an amount you owe and is recovered from your future earnings. Repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you publish. By publishing content on linklck you grant linklck and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence, exercisable solely for the purpose of operating the service, to: (a) host, store, back up, cache, transmit, transcode, reformat, re-encode, resize, and otherwise technically process the content as reasonably necessary to make it available through the platform and any content delivery network or hosting provider linklck uses; (b) deliver the content to buyers who have paid to unlock it, including by means of signed or time-limited URLs and any other delivery mechanism the platform may use from time to time; (c) display the content's title, description, seller-supplied preview text, and any seller-supplied content type and metadata to prospective buyers on the unlock page and in related platform surfaces; and (d) for the limited purpose of previews shown to prospective buyers, automatically generate and display thumbnails, excerpts, samples, or other low-fidelity representations derived from the content, in each case designed not to substitute for the full content being sold. This licence is granted only for so long as you keep the relevant content on the platform and ends when you delete the link, delete the content, or terminate your account, subject to reasonable technical retention in backups or caches for a limited period and to any access window already issued to buyers under Section 9.

linklck retains all rights to the platform, codebase, brand, and design. You may not copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the linklck product without our written permission.

6. DMCA and takedown requests

If you believe content on linklck infringes your copyright, send a DMCA takedown notice to dmca-linklck@nexuf.io including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • The URL of the allegedly infringing content on linklck.
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorised.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We will act on valid notices within 48 hours. Counter-notices are handled per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

7. Link scanning and content moderation

All URLs submitted as link content are automatically scanned using the Google Safe Browsing API. Links identified as malware, phishing, or otherwise harmful are blocked at submission time and not published.

Buyers can report any unlock link via the "Report abuse" button present on every page. Links that receive multiple reports from distinct sources are automatically placed under review and hidden from buyers. Our team reviews flagged links within 72 hours and either restores or permanently removes them.

We reserve the right to remove any link at any time without prior notice if we determine it violates these Terms or poses a risk to buyers or the platform.

8. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms, especially Section 3.3 (prohibited content).
  • Fraudulent activity, including fake purchases or coordinated abuse reports.
  • Repeated chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • Any activity that poses a legal or reputational risk to linklck.

On termination, your content is removed immediately. Your available balance (excluding amounts under dispute) will be paid out within 30 days of verified termination, unless the termination is due to fraud or violation of Section 3.3, in which case the balance may be forfeited.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Upon requesting deletion, all your links are immediately hidden from buyers and you lose access to your account. Your profile, links, and link content are permanently deleted 7 days after the deletion request. Financial records (unlock history, payout records) are retained for legal and accounting purposes with personal identifiers removed. Unlock tokens already issued to buyers for content they have paid for remain valid for their remaining 24-hour access window.

9. Buyer terms

  • Access window: after a successful payment you receive a 24-hour access window to view the unlocked content. Your unlock token is stored in your browser's localStorage for convenience; clearing your browser data removes it. This access window survives a seller deleting their link — if a link is removed during your 24-hour window, your token continues to grant access for its remaining duration.
  • No redistribution: you may not share, resell, or redistribute content you unlock on linklck. Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable licence to view the content.
  • No refunds: digital content is delivered instantly and is non-refundable except where required by law or where the content is materially mis-described.
  • Report misuse: if you believe content is illegal, fraudulent, or violates these Terms, use the "Report abuse" button or email abuse-linklck@nexuf.io.

10. Platform role and disclaimer of warranties

10.1 linklck is a marketplace, not a publisher

linklck operates as a technical platform that connects independent sellers with buyers and routes payment between them. linklck may store and deliver seller-supplied content (including files uploaded by sellers) on its own infrastructure or through third-party hosting providers solely to make that content accessible to buyers who have paid. linklck's storage and delivery of seller content is a neutral hosting function performed at the seller's direction; it does not constitute creation, authorship, editorial selection, or endorsement of the content.

We do not create, author, edit, curate, review, verify, endorse, or otherwise vouch for any content listed by sellers. We do not perform editorial moderation prior to publication; our pre-publication checks are limited to automated URL safety scans (Section 7) and our prohibited-content rules (Section 3.3). Listings, descriptions, preview text, and the content delivered after payment are produced by sellers, and each seller is solely responsible for what they list and deliver.

The transaction for the underlying content is between the buyer and the seller. linklck is not a party to that transaction except as the operator of the technical infrastructure and as the processor of payment through Stripe. We make no representations or warranties about the quality, accuracy, lawfulness, fitness for any purpose, ownership, or authenticity of any content listed on the platform. Buyers must independently evaluate the seller and the listing before paying. Any dispute about the content itself (its accuracy, quality, legality, ownership, or claims made by the seller) is a matter between the buyer and the seller; linklck may assist by removing violating listings under Section 7 but is under no obligation to mediate, refund, or otherwise resolve such disputes beyond its stated refund policy in Section 4.4.

10.2 Service provided "as is"

linklck is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or title. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant any particular result from using the service. Your use of the service and of any content obtained through it is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all such warranties are disclaimed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, linklck and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to linklck in the 12 months before the claim or (b) $100 USD.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold linklck, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the service, (b) content you publish, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your infringement of any third-party right.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with proceedings conducted in Wyoming, USA.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against linklck.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active sellers at least 14 days before taking effect. Minor clarifications may take effect immediately. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of linklck after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
